This compact printed circuitboard will streamline dipole antenna mounting by consolidating the mechanical and electrical aspects into a single package. This PCB, only a little over two inches square, will save area on the top of balloon payloads, freeing up space for other sensors and other instruments. The final package will include a high-frequency male SMA connector, 4-40 fastener holes, and contact pads/guides for mounting the brazing-wire antennae.
